My career story

I started with design and stayed close to people.

I started as a graphic designer and grew into creative strategy and marketing leadership without losing the maker’s point of view.

I look for what is true, what the audience needs, and what people can build together.

Four working principles

How I turn creative strategy into shared momentum.

Principle 1

I listen deeply

I start with the people closest to the work because their context makes the direction stronger.

Principle 2

I make the story clear

I turn complexity into language and experiences people can understand, remember, and use.

Principle 3

I invite people into the process

I build shared ownership by making room for people’s ideas and expertise to shape the work.

Principle 4

I celebrate the team

I use recognition to build confidence, strengthen culture, and keep meaningful work moving.

Close to the work

The best strategy can survive the real world.

I keep brand strategy and customer experience grounded by listening to the people closest to the work.
